Do I need to be 21+ to purchase your ice cream?

Yes, all our liquor-infused ice creams contain up to 5% ABV. A valid 21+ government-issued ID is required for both in-store purchases and to sign for all local and nationwide deliveries.

How is the ice cream shipped to ensure it doesn't melt?

We ship our boozy pints in insulated coolers packed with enough dry ice to keep them frozen for up to 48 hours in transit. We recommend unpacking and placing them in your freezer immediately upon arrival.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

Can I get a 'buzz' from eating Tipsy Scoop?

While our ice cream is infused with real liquor, it is intended as a gourmet treat. Most flavors contain about 5% alcohol by volume, so while it is possible to feel a slight effect, it is primarily designed for flavor.

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?

Yes! We offer a selection of boozy sorbets that are 100% vegan and dairy-free, made with fresh fruit and premium spirits.

Do you ship nationwide?

We currently ship to all 50 states via FedEx. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, and someone over 21 must be present to sign for the package.
