Due to the perishable nature of our alcohol-infused ice cream, we are unable to accept physical returns once the product has left our facility. If your order arrives melted or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.

Take clear photos of the shipping box, the dry ice packaging, and the specific damage or melting of the ice cream pints.

- 3.Internal Review
Our quality assurance team will review your claim to determine if the damage occurred during transit or due to a carrier delay.
- 4.Resolution
Approved claims will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or a complimentary reshipment of your boozy treats.
